Our staff is devoted to helping you achieve personal excellence in the marital arts and in life.  Classical Budo training is the focus of our dojo.  "Budo" is the study of the Japanese martial arts with primary emphasis placed on focusing the mind, strengthening the body and cultivating the spirit.  It is through this specialized training, that we teach our students to become principled, character based leaders in their personal lives as well as in their community.
